Cancellations and Refunds

Forest therapy walks are intended to happen in various weather conditions. A walk will only be cancelled in the event of hazardous weather (e.g., frigid temperatures, thunderstorms).

If the guide must cancel a walk due to hazardous weather or other circumstances, participants will have the option of receiving a full refund or a credit toward another walk.

If a participant is unable to attend a walk, he or she has the option to apply the registration fee toward a future walk or transfer it to another participant.

In some cases that involve special circumstances for cancellation, a refund may be provided rather than a credit. Contact the guide for more information.
